We're looking for a hands-on Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of embedded software engineers while remaining actively involved in product development, architecture, and technical decision-making. This role offers the opportunity to shape next-generation products, influence technology direction, and work across Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to bring new solutions to market.  Working with proprietary software, full life-cycle software development for programs that are literally seen by millions of people around the world every day.

We're looking for:

• Large company experience does not usually fit this smaller company culture.  NOT likely a good fit are the Amazon, Google, Microsoft size companies.
• 10+ years of embedded software development experience
• Strong C++ background
• Experience with Linux and/or Windows embedded systems
• Leadership experience, whether formal management or technical/project leadership
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
