Background: Manufacturing Required

$175k-$225k +bonus potential

Growing U.S. manufacturer seeking a high-impact leader to drive strategic initiatives across commercial execution, go-to-market strategy, sales effectiveness, channel development, AI-enabled business tools, and new product commercialization.

This is not a traditional project management role.

Looking for someone who enjoys building, influencing, and driving results across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Product teams.

Ideal Background:

✔ 10–20 years of progressive experience

✔ Commercial strategy, business transformation, product commercialization, sales operations, or growth initiatives

✔ Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

✔ Manufacturing, industrial technology, electronics, or engineered products experience preferred

✔ Comfortable working directly with executive leadership

✔ Bachelor's Degree

✔ 10+ years of work experience with Strategic Planning
